No parts are included in the price. You must supply a working part or purchase from us. We carry enough parts in stock to cover most macs, but if in doubt please call us on 0843 289 5464 to confirm price. The price of each repair tier includes the following:
1: Collection of Mac (provided you have suitable packaging)
2: Diagnosis to confirm the problem.
3: Repair of Mac (labour charge only)
4: Return of Mac to you
We can provide suitable packaging for a small fee, just choose from the drop down menu when purchasing.
Which Tier of Repair do I need?
Tier 1 is £60 including VAT and covers the installation of:
Memory/RAMAirport Cards/Bluetooth CardsKeyboard/Top case if a laptopHard Drive if Desktop PowerMac
Tier 2 is £90 including VAT and covers the installation of:
Bottom Case on LaptopsLCD Panel on any macComplete Display on any macOptical Drive/Hard Drive on any non-PowerMac computerPower Supply on PowerMac/iMacs
Tier 3 is £120 including VAT and covers the installation of:
Logic Board on any MacDC-In board on any MacAny other part not mentioned unless otherwise stated.
