MacKing.co.uk and its subsidiary trading partners and its websites are controlled and operated by MacColl Media Ltd in the United Kingdom. By using these websites, you agree to the Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations (including export and re-export control laws). You also agree to be in compliance with any local or laws not explained by MacColl Media Ltd. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use any website operated by MacColl Media Ltd. All claims will be handled and will adhere to laws within the United Kingdom. Laws applicable in other territories will not apply. MacColl Media Ltd does not guarantee that the materials and products on its websites are appropriate for use in all locations/territories, and it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and use of any such material or product is not prohibited in their location or territory.

Payment Terms

MacKing.co.uk takes payments via all major Credit/Debit cards (using a secure protx server). We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard Credit/Prepaid, Maestro (UK) and Solo.

The materials contained on MacColl Media Ltd’s websites are protected by applicable copyright laws and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on MacColl Media Ltd’s websites may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal penalties. MacColl Media Ltd actively enforces its intellectual property rights and will seek the recovery of any costs and damages it may incur preventing the misuse or misappropriation of its property.

Products purchased from MacKing.co.uk are sent in Grade A or B condition. If you notice any aesthetic defects to your purchase please notify us within 24 hours to arrange a return.
No backup discs/manuals are included unless otherwise stated.
Aesthetic damage which occurs after purchase is not covered under our warranty.
Please note that on MacKing.co.uk Purchase orders from individuals, a non-disclosed admin fee of £40 will apply if not in suitable or original packaging.

Submitted Information
Any information, data, images, drawings, photographs, and/or other materials you transmit, submit or post (or which you transmitted, submitted or posted in the past) to any MacColl Media Ltd website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary ("Submitted Information"). MacColl Media Ltd will have no obligations with respect to the Submitted Information, and by transmitting, submitting or posting Submitted Information to any MacColl Media Ltd website you hereby grant to MacColl Media Ltd, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to disclose, distribute, display, perform, copy, reproduce, incorporate, prepare derivative works of, and/or otherwise use the Submitted Information for any and all commercial and non-commercial purposes, including without limitation in connection with the MacColl Media Ltd websites.

We apply holographic security stickers to all components of our macs, internally and externally. All stickers have a unique serial number kept in a secure database detailing the machine's serial number and location of the sticker. If any of these stickers are removed, the warranty on the machine is entirely void. We have sadly had to introduce these measures due to fraudulent warranty claims.
We can be found in Bricks and Mortar at Unit 7, Abbey Business Centre, The Row, Lane End, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP14 3JS. We do not under any circumstances allow customers onto the premises without prior arrangement. Any customers arriving at our premises will be turned away due to insurance reasons.
