3: Arrange a callout for one of our engineers to visit you. Alternatively, we can collect macs via courier and bring them in directly, or you can drop your computer off at our premises in High Wycombe and speak to us face-to-face.

Basic Costs:
Callout charge £30+VAT within our catchment area (below).
Labour is charged at £60+VAT per hour (most jobs take less than one hour)
You can provide parts, or we can source them for you from our large inventory
We will offer you a clear indication of likely cost.
No job too small. We are seeking repair contracts.
We offer a Nationwide courier pickup service for those out of our catchment area for same day engineer service, and we charge 50 pence per mile extra for those wanting a same day engineer call out, but not within our catchment area.
