1: Email us the details of your problem including physical condition, symptoms, and any information you may have to suggest the reason for the problem. Alternatively, use the live chat button on the left to talk to one of our customer services team or call us on 0844 357 0637
2: One of our engineers will look at your request and make a suggestion of a quote based on the information provided. This is not a final quote and will not be issued until the Mac has been inspected by our engineers.
3: Book a FREE collection from: this page to arrange a collection of your mac with our courier United Parcel Service. Please suggest a suitable time for collection the day after you pay. The mac must be fully packaged so it is not damaged in transit. Please call us beforehand if you need a box for shipment, as this is something we can provide.
4: Once received at our workshop, your mac will be tested within 24 hours and the cause of the problem diagnosed. After which, a quote will be issued for the cost of repair. If you choose not to accept this quote, the mac can be returned to you. We work around a 72 hour turnaround from receipt to re-dispatch.
