Collection request for faulty/repair items as well as trade in items. Collection is free and includes one collection attempt in a suitable time window/date. Subsequent collections in the event of missed collection are charged at £4.95. You can also book this over the phone.
When checking out, please:
1: Enter your full collection address in the user information signup field
2: Enter a suitable collection date and 3 hour time window between 9:00AM and 17:00PM in the "Comments about your order" box as you check out.
3: Select the "Free of Charge" payment option at checkout to ensure you are not charged
