To Prolong the life of your Mac we recommend a service every 6 months. You can take advantage of our great service and love your Mac for longer! Simply select and purchase a service online. We will then contact you by email or telephone or your can contact us through our LiveChat service. We will arrange collection of your mac for service at your convenience. Once with us, our engineers start by running a benchmark test and record the score. Next, they will open up your computer and clean the components by removing any dust and dirt build-up. Removing components to clean under them, making the heat exhaust fans spotless and cleaning the contacts on any cards (video or expansion)
to ensure a perfect connection to the Logic Board. RAM is the most common component to fail in a computer, so we will replace your memory modules with brand new ones, and also include a lifetime warranty! Once the inside is finished, we then give the outside a thorough clean4.
1. Free Labour - Should your Mac develop a fault within 90 days after the date of service, we will offer you one hour of labour for free to fix the problem. This is redeemable with MacKing.co.uk repairs.
2. Fascia cleaning - On selected service packages your computer's external casing and fascia will be cleaned with care and precision.
3. RAM Replacement - The RAM (Random Access Memory) is typically the first thing to break. For this reason, we will swap your old RAM for nice and shiny* brand new modules! We then beat that by adding a LIFETIME warranty to the modules we install - so if you every have any problems with them, we will replace them for free!
