This product covers the costs for Collection (from mainland UK), diagnosis of fault with your Mac, and re-delivery (mainland UK).

The diagnosis element is £60 and will be deducted from any repair that is quoted should you accept it.

Please note you will be required to suitably package your Mac to ensure no damage. Our carrier does not provide insurance for collections.
